Symposium Trends in Food Analysis VII

19 September 2013 08:30 – 08:30
Location: Ghent University, Faculty Bioscience Engineering, Coupure Links, Gent, Vlaanderen, België
Category: Food Chemistry

Trends in Food Analysis VII is a one-day scientific symposium dedicated to recent advances in food analysis.

Scientists will have the opportunity to present their results during oral and poster presentations. Invited speakers will give an overview of the state of the art in analytical food science. Laboratories can present their analytical services on business posters.
