Welcome to division Medicinal Chemistry and
Chemical Biology

The intent of the division is to support and promote education and research in the field of Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology in Flanders. This objective is pursued through:

• Regular organisation of activities and symposia

• Promoting interaction with universities, industry, organisations and journals

• The biennial award of the Dr. Paul Janssen price for medicinal chemistry

The division is a member of the European Federation for Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology, which means that all members receive an annual yearbook and are kept informed by email of Medicinal Chemistry symposia and activities in Europe.
