XXIII European Conference on Food Chemistry (EUROFOODCHEM XXIII)
On behalf of the Slovak Chemical Society, the National Agricultural and Food Centre, and the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, we are pleased to announce that the XXIII European Conference on Food Chemistry (EUROFOODCHEM XXIII), the profile congress of the Division of Food Chemistry of the European Chemical Society, will be held in Bratislava, Slovakia, on 11-13 June 2025.
Since its inception in 1981, this biannual congress has brought together food chemists from academia and industry, along with food technologists and emerging scientists, fostering a tradition that now spans over 40 years. The conference serves as a vibrant platform for those passionate about food research, facilitating networking, sharing of the latest knowledge and supporting young researchers in their careers.
In addition to the standard plenary, keynote, oral and poster presentations, we are introducing a special poster session titled “Inspiration,” which is open to young researchers together with those who have inspired them in their scientific career – be it a teacher, parent or mentor.
For the first time, EUROFOODCHEM will be held in Slovakia, right in the heart of Europe. Slovakia is renowned for its beautiful landscapes, hospitality, and excellent accessibility.
